If you need us in an emergency during surgery hours please telephone the practice immediately and we will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity.
During the evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays we can be contacted via the usual practice number, where our recorded message will provide the contact number for the emergency vet, so have a pen and paper handy to jot down the number down.
We share our emergency service responsibilities with Fitzalan House Vets in Littlehampton. You will either be seen in the familiar surroundings of PetCare Veterinary Clinic, or at Fitzalan House Veterinary Practice in Littlehampton, who will have full access to your pets’ medical records.
So you can be reassured you’ll never need to travel far.
We understand emergency situations are concerning so we call our clients with regular updates during periods of hospitalisation.
Kind caring and personal service.
PetCare have looked after our animals since we moved to the area in 1996 and, in every case, have gone the extra mile to make sure our pets are as cared for as well as we would look after them ourselves. Several of our dogs get excited about going there!
I've been with PetCare for more years than I care to remember. Always been excellent. Nick is a fantastic vet and I like the fact that he's very down to earth with me.
Very caring and friendly.
Managed to get my pet looked at same day excellent vets.
Felt confident that my pet would be looked after.
Outstanding vets. My dog (Ziggi) has had a multitude of health issues since a puppy and I have had to frequently move to different parts of the country over her lifetime. This means I have dealt with my fair share of vets, some amazing and some not so great. Petcare vets are among the best. They are professional, knowledgeable and caring. They listen to your concerns and perform thorough examinations. All the options are clearly explained. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you and keep up the awesome work.
Great vets very friendly helpful care team and really have the animals welfare at heart.
Great staff and very helpful. I've been taking my working dogs there for six years and they are brilliant with them.
We have been visiting this vet for the last ten years and never received anything but kindness and attention. Our elderly Brittany contracted an eye infection and despite all our panic Nick Smith and his excellent team saw us through some of the worst days of pet ownership. Purdey is now much better and although she has lost the sight in her right eye she is as mischievous as ever.
